War stories

Much has been written about Chris Hondros and Tim Hetherington, two photojournalists killed last month in Libya. I think these NY Times pieces about the two men were very well done. (note: behind the NYT paywall, with 20 free article views per month)

The paper also has this very moving article about some of the after-effects of one of Hondros’ particularly well-known photographs. A testament to the tremendous emotional power that photography can carry.
