Infinity.
Photographically speaking, any distance thats, well, fairly far away.
This varies from lens to lens, but since most lenses are intended for terrestrial photography they dont really focus out to infinity as such. Typically a lens might assume that any distance from about 15m/50' to 75m/250' onwards is infinity. Commonly indicated on lenses and cameras by the infinity symbol, which is an 8 turned on its side.
