My nephew has just bought a second hand Canon EOS 300d and all was going well but now when he tries to use it in AV mode his pictures are coming out black. The camera works fine in auto mode. He has asked my opinion and personally I'm flumoxed but I don't want to look like an idiot if I return it for him and it is a simple problem.
Anyone got any ideas? |

That's not really enough to go on.
Can you post some pictures, preferably with the information such as shutter speed, aperture and ISO? |
