| Spluurfg thank you for responding with the links. With the information from the links an EF 12 extension tube increases the magnification factor by 1.19, and the EF 25 by a factor of 1.39, the question now becomes are the numbers additive making the combined amount 2.58:1? Coupled with a 100 mm macro which is 1:1 already does the total of all three elements work out to be 3.58:1? I understand the focusing is going to be extreemly sensitive with a shallow depth of field, and a focusing rail of some sort will be needed. |
